This guy had an entire collection of U2 big hits playing, and he was singing (screaming) all the songs in front of his radio.
Not exactly visual or cosplay, my first sensation about him was "loneliness". But on a second thought, supposing that he's actually a lonely guy, how many lonely persons are there around who don't even walk out with such a weather, singing "Beautiful day"?
